## Brand Intelligence
- **Headline:** Hey Broadband Discount Code
- **Intro:** Symmetrical Gigabit Full Fibre FTTP Broadband
- **Non-Branded CTA:** Check Postcode Coverage
- **Best Offer:** 6 Months Half Price & Free Setup
- **Associated Website URLs:** heybroadband.co.uk
- **BudgetFitter Score (BFS):** 7.0 / 10 (Good — Independent Rating — not financial advice)
- **Ally Intelligence Summary:** Operating from High Wycombe, this provider has carved out a specialised footprint in South East England, focusing on pure symmetrical FTTP infrastructure. With a Trustpilot rating that reflects a solid, reliable service, they have successfully moved beyond the startup phase. Their commitment to modern security standards is particularly noteworthy, as evidenced by their active post-quantum TLS readiness, which signals a forward-thinking approach to digital infrastructure that many larger, legacy providers have yet to prioritise.

While their deal activity is exceptionally strong, offering consistent value for remote workers and gamers, their overall reach remains geographically constrained. The lower domain authority suggests they are still building their digital presence, yet their high following interest indicates a brand that punches above its weight. For those within their coverage area, this is a pragmatic choice that balances high-speed performance with a transparent, UK-based support model that avoids the usual corporate friction.

To secure the best value across your home and home-office broadband, follow these practical tips:

- Check Postcode Availability First: Enter your exact house number and postcode on the availability checker to confirm live Altnet coverage in your street.

- Opt for 24-Month Contracts for Lowest Monthly Rates: Committing to a 24-month term unlocks the lowest tariff rates (£23/mo) and waives all engineer installation fees.

- Take Advantage of Upfront Bill Credit Offers: Look out for seasonal promotional vouchers offering up to £100 bill credits or half-price introductory periods.

# Consumer Watchdog: Regional Altnet Footprint, Switching & Wayleaves

BudgetFitter’s consumer watchdog highlights practical considerations before ordering:

- Landlord Wayleave Consent for Flats: If living in a rented apartment or multi-dwelling unit, fibre installation may require landlord or building freeholder wayleave permission.

- Early Termination Fee Terms: Cancelling your 24-month agreement before the end of the term may incur remaining contract balance fees; ensure your tenancy matches contract length.

- Landline Digital Voice (VoIP) Migration: Traditional copper phone lines are replaced by digital VoIP telephone services; existing landline numbers can be ported for a small monthly add-on.
