- **BudgetFitter Score (BFS):** 6.8 / 10 (Good — Independent Rating — not financial advice)
- **Ally Intelligence Summary:** With a twenty-two-year digital heritage, this brand has cemented itself as a staple of the UK high street, moving far beyond its Islington roots to become a dominant force in fast-casual dining. The strong Google Trends UK performance reflects a genuine, widespread appetite for their menu, proving that their popularity is not just hype but a consistent consumer habit. While they are clearly winning on the ground, their robust deal activity makes them a primary target for those looking to optimise their dining budget without sacrificing quality.

The gap in their score lies primarily in their public review footprint, where a modest Trustpilot rating suggests that operational consistency across their vast network remains a challenge. Furthermore, the lack of post-quantum TLS readiness is a technical oversight in today's security-conscious climate. For the savvy diner, the takeaway is simple: leverage their frequent promotional offers to maximise value, but keep expectations grounded regarding the variable service standards often found in high-volume, nationwide chains.
