Very very slow reception - we waited nearly 30 mins every time we needed to speak to anyone. Hotel is very dated and requires renovation.
Lovely hotel. They don't do justice to the Spa on their website - there's a sauna, steam room, ice room, infra red, jacuzzi and indoor/outdoor pools. The bathroom in our room was beautiful.
